Provider rules
Lead data-use & provider standards
These rules apply to providers that receive or request leads through ElPasoVeterinary.com. They are designed to keep customer information purpose-limited and the provider pool trustworthy.
Permitted use
Use a lead only to evaluate and respond to the specific request for which it was supplied, and to maintain reasonable records of that requested relationship.
Not permitted
Do not resell, broker, publish, enrich for unrelated profiling, or add a lead to unrelated marketing lists. Do not represent yourself as endorsed by or employed by ElPasoVeterinary.com unless a written agreement expressly says so.
Data minimization and deletion
Keep only the information reasonably needed for the response or resulting customer relationship. Delete or de-identify unused lead copies when they are no longer needed. If a person asks not to be contacted about the request, stop further contact unless a lawful reason requires otherwise.
Security
Use reasonable safeguards, restrict access to people who need the lead to respond, and promptly report any suspected unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss involving a supplied lead.
Provider responsibility
You are responsible for your own licences, insurance, qualifications, pricing, service scope, consumer communications, marketing rules, and legal/regulatory obligations. You decide independently whether to accept a request.
Quality and routing
Routing may consider geography, capabilities, availability, response performance, customer feedback, and lead fit. The site may pause or remove a provider from a routing pool for poor response quality, complaints, inaccurate capability claims, privacy/security concerns, or regulatory risk.
